Board and officers

The boards and officers of Talanx AG consist of the Board of Management (Vorstand) and Supervisory Board (Aufsichtsrat). The Board of Management is currently composed of seven members. Since 2006 Herbert K. Haas has served as Chairman of the Board of Management.
