The whistleblower system enables employees to report certain serious breaches of law – anonymously if they so choose. Talanx can then take appropriate action and prevent further damage. Contravention of laws and regulations can also be reported to the compliance officers of Talanx and its segments.

Such incidents can be reported entirely anonymously, making it impossible to trace the report back to the employee who submitted it.
